Since you are purchasing a custom product made specifically for you, we do not accept any refunds, cancellations, or returns once the order has been placed.

For Tumblers: Please be aware that air bubbles may appear within the cup during shipping. This is a natural occurrence and not considered a defect, so it does not qualify for a replacement. These bubbles are an inevitable part of the shipping and handling process.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact both us and the shipping company within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can assess the issue.
